Scotland coach Tommy Dowens has set his players the target of winning two matches out of three at this weekend's European Championships Small Nations tournament in Malta.
Dowens believes his team is capable of making the finals if they fire on all cylinders.
The Scots open against favourites Cyprus and also face Iceland and Malta over the weekend.
"We have a transitional squad after losing players to Great Britain's full-time programme but the target is still to qualify," he said.
"We have Ali Galloway and Paul Glissov who have both been training with the GB squad so that should help us."
