Four Scottish players selected in GB squad for Ladies Euro League
Four Scots have been named in the Great Britain squad for the inaugural European Women's League which opens this weekend.
Jennifer Thom, Paula Scott, Joanne Morgan and Lynne Beattie - all part of the full-time GB programme based in Sheffield - have been included in a 19-strong squad.
Great Britain open against France in Calais but have home matches against Turkey (Sheffield), Romania (Edinburgh) and France (Norwich) before the finals in early July.
The GB team warmed up for the event with a double victory over Denmark in Sheffield at the weekend, winning 25-18 25-14 25-17 and then 25-11 25-16 25-12.
