Scots finish runners-up in Breda International tournament in Holland
A Scotland Select finished runners-up at the pretigious Breda International tournament in Holland.
Under interim-coach Colin McGinlay, the Scots lost in the final 2-0 to last year's Dutch champions Piet Zoomers.
"We lost to them 2-1 earlier in the tournament and thought we might shock them, but unfortunately it wasn't to be," said McGinlay.
"But it was a good tournament for us and, although I don't like to single out individuals in what is a team game, setter Alan Krawczyk was excellent - quick and smart."
Scotland Women's Select also took second place in their event in Breda.
