Lynn Beattie signs professional deal with Slovenian outfit
Former Su Ragazzi player Lynne Beattie has signed a pro contract with top Slovenian side Calcit Kamnik.
Beattie, who captained the Great Britain team in the European League at Meadowbank in June, turned down offers from French clubs to make the switch.
She has been signed as a starter by the ambitious Slovenian club who have also enlisted an American international player.
Fellow Scot Chris Lamont is also heading abroad and has signed a professional contract with Belgian club Menen for the new season.
