Ragazzi end Troon's record
Troon PA defeated for first time this season by Su Ragazzi in epic five-setter
Scottish women's champions Su Ragazzi handed Troon PA their first defeat of the season in a five-set thriller in the Schelde Sports Scottish League.
The Glasgow side came through 21-25 26-24 25-22 21-25 20-18.
Troon were without experienced Scotland international Gillian Lyall and her absence was felt.
But the result serves as a timely reminder that the Ayrshire side are not unbeatable.
Troon face Rucanor Jets in the Scottish Cup semi-finals this weekend while Su Ragazzi take on Team Edinburgh.
