Scotland and Great Britain cap Lynne Beattie made her European debut for Slovenian side Calcit Kamnik.

Beattie, who signed for the club in the summer, played against top Greek side Iraklis in the European Challenge Cup.

But the Greeks used home advantage to full effect and won the tie 3-1.

But the former Su Ragazzi player has made an impact this season and will return stronger when she plays for GB in the European Championships in May.
