Simon Loftus appointed head coach of Scotland men's team
Former Scotland international Simon Loftus has been appointed head coach of Scotland men's team ahead of next year's European "C" Championships.
The former Glasgow Ragazzi player started his coaching career as assistant at Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey.
He returned home to coach Glasgow Mets women's team before moving south in 2007 to become full-time head coach at Leeds Met University, the only full-time club coach position in England.
Loftus has also been working with the GB development squad in Sheffield in recent months.
