Honour for Fleming

Fleming appointed to Disciplinary Commission
Former Scotland international Margaret Ann Fleming has become the first British woman to be appointed to an international federation commission.
At the recent FIVB Congress in Dubai, Fleming - currently chief executive of the Scottish Volleyball Association - was appointed to the prestigious Disciplinary Commission.
It followed a personal recommendation from FIVB president Dr Ruben Acosta.
Fleming won the nomination ahead of representatives from 220 countries.
She is the second Scot to be appointed to an international commission with referee Sandy Steel on the Rules of the Game Commission.
