Glasgow Mets clinch first Scottish title by defeating defending champions Kilmarnock
Glasgow Mets won their first Scottish title by beating defending champions Kilmarnock over two legs in the men's Schelde Sports Scottish League.
Mets came back from two sets down to defeat Kilmarnock 3-2 in Ayrshire and then won Sunday's return in straight sets.
It gave them revenge for being pipped by Kilmarnock in the final day of last season.
Troon PA won their fifth women's title - but their first in five years - with a 6-1 aggregate win over Rucanor Jets.
The Edinburgh side took a set in the first leg but Troon won the return in Edinburgh in threee tight sets 25-22 25-23 28-26.
