Troon PA's hopes of reaching final halted by City of Edinburgh
City of Edinburgh ended Troon PA's dream of reaching their first men's Scottish Cup final with a convincing semi-final victory in Airdrie.
The second division side had upset the odds to reach the last four but Edinburgh proved too strong as they won through 25-20 25-23 25-14.
The capital side will face City of Glasgow Ragazzi in the final - Ragazzi squeezed past holders Glasgow Mets 18-25 28-26 23-25 25-21 15-13.
In the women's semi-finals, Team Edinburgh upset league champions Su Ragazzi 25-20 26-24 25-17.
Holders Troon PA eased through against Rucanor Jets 25-12 25-20 25-21.
