Beach beckons for Scots
2009 Beach Tour to launch at weekend in Aberdeen
The 2009 Scottish Beach Tour will be launched in Aberdeen on Sunday.
The tour will be held over eight weekends in the the summer and will also take in Troon, Portobello, St Andrews and Broughty Ferry.
St Andrews will host the King and Queen of the Beach event in the climax to the season on August 16.
There will also be West Coast and East Coast junior events in Troon and Portobello respectively this year.
