

Jimmy Wood retains title at Scottish Indoor Veterans Championships
Aberdeen's Jimmy Wood retained his men's singles 70s title at the Scottish Indoor Veterans Championships in Glasgow.
Wood had a comfortable 6-1 6-0 win over fewllow-Scot Billy Gillespie.
In the mens' 40s event, top seeded Englishman Adam Boucher was beaten by unseeded Scot Malcolm Watt, who triumphed 6-0, 6-2.
The tournament attracted entries from all of the world and was staged at four venues trhoughout Glasgow.
