Scottish Cup update

Dunfermline, who have dominated the competition for the past two decades, eased into the last four of the women's Aegon Scottish Cup with a 6-0 win over Duns.

The defending champions now host Helensburgh for a place in another final.

Helensburgh were also in dominant form in their quarter-final, beating Prestwick 6-0 away from home.

In the men's competition, holders Stirling University had to work to beat Glasgow Western 6-3 to reach the last four.

Also through are Edinburgh clubs Dean and Thistle.
