Colin Fleming and Ken Skupski lose Challenger final in Spain
Broxburn doubles ace Colin Fleming and partner Ken Skupski fell at the final hurdle in their bid to win their eighth doubles title together.
The British duo reached the final of the ?85k Pozoblanco Challenger in Spain but were defeated by Karol Beck of Slovakia and Jaroslav Levinsky of Czech Republic 6-2 6-7(5) [7-10].
The pair enjoyed a fine grass court season together, reaching the final of the AEGON Trophy in Nottingham, before reaching the last eight at the Queen's Club and at Eastbourne.
Fleming and Skupski have since seen their world doubles rankings rise to 122 and 114 respectively.
