Linlithgow's Colin Fleming came through three qualifying rounds to reach the main draw of the LTA Futures event in Nottingham.

He beat Yorkshire's Joseph Gill in his opening match 6-3 6-0 and then overcame Ben Pritchard, the fourth seed in qualifying, 6-3 6-2.

Fleming then secured his place in the first round proper with a 6-2 6-1 victory over Ireland's Michael Hayes.

He now faces German Sebastian Rieschick in the main draw as he seeks to progress further.

Fellow-Scot David Brewer is also in the event and he meets American number eight seed Christopher Klingemann in the first round.
