

Henderson enjoys doubles win after singles exit
Aberdeen's Joanna Henderson took some consolation for an early exit in the singles to claim the doubles title with Oxford's Lucy Brown at the Scottish ITF Grade Four event at Craiglockhart.
Henderson and Brown were leading 2-1 in the first set in the Under-18 final against Mawuena Ankutse (Derbyshire) and Sam Vickers (Lincolnshire) when their oppoenents scratched.
Ankutse was forced to call the match to a halt due to illness.
Henderson and Brown were seeded fourth for the event and had notched up a useful 6-3 6-3 win over English pair Hope Johnson and Laura Oates on the way to the final.
Henderson had lost out in the second round of the singles to England's Elizabeth Ullathorne 6-3 6-7 2-6.
