Scottish number one Elena Baltacha breezed into the last eight of the $25,000 ITF event in Changwon, Korea.

The British number four easily overcame Korean qualifier Eun-Hye Cho 6-1 6-2.

Baltacha, seeded two, brushed aside Japan's Maya Kato 6-3 6-1 in her opening match.

She now meets unseeded Japanese player Seko Okamoto for a place in the semi-finals.
