Glasgow's Jamie Baker booked his place in the second round of the ITF Futures event in Darwin, Australia, after suffering a scare in his first round match.
Up against Australian qualifier James O'Brien, he cruised to the first set 6-1 but his opponent his back to take the second set.
But Baker, seeded seven, came through 6-1 4-6 6-1 and now faces another Australian, either Andrew Gregory or Isaac Frost.
If Baker gets through he would likely meet Australian number two seed Robert Smeets in the quarter-finals.
