Rumgay exercises his dominance while young Howieson stakes a claim
Scottish number one Gavin Rumgay won the Andy Fleming Invitation Top 12 at Drumchapel ahead of Scottish international team-mates Stewart Crawford, Niall Cameron and Craig Howieson.
