McLean Takes Up Key Role

Table Tennis Scotland announce McLean as new director of coaching
Former Scotland international Ian McLean has been named as the new director of coaching for Table Tennis Scotland.
McLean will be charged with steering the governing body towards the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
The game is in a decent state at the moment with Gavin Rumgay making inroads in the world rankings and Craig Howieson also making good progress.
"Tablet Tennis Scotland would like to welcome Ian Mclean to the Board of Directors. Ian will take up the post of Director of Coaching," said chairman Jonathan Whitaker.
"Many thanks to Ian for volunteering his time and skills in this area, which are considerable, and we wish him every success in the role."
