Five Scots - Eloise Barber (Carnegie), Sarah Eaglesham (City of Chester), Lucy Ellis (Dunedin), Daniel Scott (Glenrothes) and Douglas Scott (East Kilbride) - have been named in the British team for the European Junior Championships in Serbia in July.
Daniel Scott and Robyn Matthews (City of Edinburgh) have also earned British call-ups for the World Youth Championships in Mexico, also in July.
"This is great for Scottish swimming and shows the depth of our sport," said Ally Whike, Scotland's Director of Performance.
For all six Scots, the aim will be to produce the performances that show they are on course for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
