Freestyler Jak Scott breaks 50 second barrier at FINA World Cup
Stirling student Jak Scott broke the 50 seconds barrier for the first time in the 100m freestyle with a time of 49.4 secs. at the FINA World Cup in Berlin.
Olympian Andy Hunter also competed at the event and has been named inthe 31-stromng GB squad for the forthcoming European Short Course Championships in Istanbul.
Hunter has been seected alongside Stirling team mate Lewis Smith, Hannah Miley (Garioch) and Louise Pate (Edinburgh University) as the Scots in the 31-strong GB squad.
