Scottish number one John White has been named as number 14 seed for the Dunlop British Open which takes place in Liverpool next month.
The US-based Scot, currently ranked 15 in the world, will play a qualifier in the first round of Britain's showpiece squash event which carries prize money of $82,000.
But should he win that match, the former world number one, faces a tough battle against current world leader Amr Shabana of Egypt in the second round.
White is the only Scottish player to have qualified for the tournament that starts on May 6.
