Two Scots selected for British Telemark team
Two Scots have been named in the British Telemark team for the 2008-2009 season.
Dave Munro and Huan Davies join nine others next season in a Snowsport GB team that is predominantly self-funded and comprised of members of the Armed Forces.
29 year-old Munro has been telemark skiing for less than three years but the athlete demonstrated his potential this season with five top 30 place finishes in his last five World Cup races held in Finland and Norway.
The team will be captained next season by 34 year-old Andrew Clarke, a Wiltshire based telemarker whom has also competed in bobsleigh.
