Silver for Jen

McIntosh takes silver and smashes Scottish records
Jennifer McIntosh has won Great Britain’s first medal of the Nordics Championships in Sweden, setting new Scottish Junior and Senior record scores on her way to the silver medal.
A qualification round of 393, including first and last strings of 100, took her into the final in second place, three points off the lead.
She steadily closed down that lead over the next ten shots - nine of them 10s from Jennifer - but the gap was just too much, and she finished 0.5 off the winner.
Both her qualification round of 393 and final score of 496.4 are new Scottish records in both the Junior and Senior categories.
