Conor Phelan aboard Jump Juice (IRC1) is preparing to set sail from Cork, Ireland tomorrow as the skipper bids to defend his title at the Bell Lawrie Scottish Series.
To be held from 23rd-26th May in Loch Fyne off Tarbert, over 100 boats from Britain and beyond, including a sizeable Clyde based contingent have signed up to contest the 33rd year of Scotland's largest offshore regatta.
In addition to the regatta's reputation for exciting hard fought racing and even harder partying, there are reports that skippers and landlubbers alike will also be able to enjoy 5-a-side football in Tarbert as part of the weekend long festivities.
