Ford and Murray join Blair and Hines as all four Scots start for Lions
All four Scottish players will have a last chance to shine for the Lions after being named in Tuesday's final warm-up game against the Southern Kings.
Prop Euan Murray, hooker Ross Ford and scrum-half Mike Blair all start while Nathan Hines plays in the unfamiliar role of blindside flanker in Port Elizabeth.
The quartet will have to make a big impression to force their way into the XV for Saturday's first test but Ian McGeechan maintains his selection is not set in stone.
He said: "This is Test week and there is a noticeable change in attitude within the touring party.
"We are now heading towards the business end of the tour and the reason why we have come to South Africa.
"As you would expect, the immediate focus is the next match against the Southern Kings on Tuesday before attention turns to selection for the first Test, for which all players will be considered.
"Seven players are backing up from the Western Province match, with Nathan Hines, Joe Worsley, Riki Flutey and Keith Earls given the opportunity in the starting XV in different positions."
