Scotland claim convincing win over Fiji in Andy Robinson's first match
Newly-appointed Scotland boss Andy Robinson enjoyed a happy return to the international stage thanks to tries from Johnnie Beattie and Graeme Morrison.
The win may have come against Fiji and not a southern hemisphere giant, but Robinson will be pleased to kick-start his reign with a win nonetheless.
The 45-year-old old Englishman had to wait five-months for his first match but with Fiji one place above the Scots in the world rankings prior to kick-off, the win at Murrayfield proved significant.
Robinson was returning to the Test stage three years after his disastrous spell with England, which included a humiliating Twickenham defeat against Argentina.
A Phil Godman penalty put the Scots in control before he added a conversion after a Beattie try.
Godman slotted two more penalties, but Vereniki Goneva touched down against the run of play just before the break, with Nicky Little adding two points.
Morrison scored under the posts, with Godman converting, while Little replied with another penalty.
