Scots need 'plenty of improvements' to beat France, says Robinson
Andy Robinson has told his Scotland A players they will have to raise their game if they are to get the better of France A and win the IRB Nations Cup on Sunday.
The former England head coach's charges lead the French at the top of the table on points difference following back-to-back wins over Uruguay and Russia.
France have also won both matches to date with victories over Italy A and Romania and Robinson knows his players will have to raise their game if they are to return home with the trophy.
"There are plenty of improvements that need to be made between now and our match against France," said Robinson.
"The players have worked extremely hard since we arrived in Bucharest and it's pleasing we're top of the table.
"But France A have a number of quality players and collectively the players know they must raise their level of performance for what will be a really tough challenge."
