Chris Paterson concerned by vacant Edinburgh coaching post
Edinburgh and Scotland star Chris Paterson has urged the club to step up their hunt for a successor to Andy Robinson.
The Gunners are still searching for a new head coach after Robinson who was appointed to the top Scotland job earlier in the month.
And leading Scotland points scorer Paterson, 31, admits Edinburgh's preparations for the coming season are being hampered by a lack of direction from the top.
He said: "There is no-one at the helm then this is the best time of year for that to be the case.
"It has become disruptive. The conditioning coaches are in charge at the moment, they're doing their thing and doing it very well again this year. There's only 14 of us in at the moment.
"The guys who just got back from Romania are off and obviously there's Mike Blair and Ross Ford over in South Africa so by the time we all come back together and truly focus on the game hopefully a structure will be in place."
