Lineen targets making a fortress of Firhill for new Magners League season
Glasgow will kick off their Magners League season against reigning champions Munster at Firhill.
The Warriors have been handed the toughest possible start to their campaign after drawing back-to-back home games against the Irish side and Welsh outfit Scarlets.
But head coach Sean Lineen insists he is relishing the chance to pit his wits against the best teams the Magners League has to offer.
"It's fantastic," said Lineen. "Playing the reigning champions at Firhill really focuses the mind.
"We lost against them last season at home with a fairly average performance so this is an opportunity for us to be totally and utterly focused.
"Firhill can be an intimidating place. We were unbeaten there for a year when I first came on board and we want to make sure we leave no stone unturned in making Firhill our fortress again."
