Glasgow hold their breath in anticipation of Evans' injury update
Scotland international Max Evans will be keeping his fingers crossed the injury he suffered during the Glasgow Warriors 34-23 loss to the Ospreys is not as serious as first feared.
The centre was stretchered off early in the second-half and will visit a specialist surgeon on Monday to assess the damage suffered to his knee ligaments.
"He has a surgeon's appointment tomorrow and he will then have a scan on Tuesday, said a Warriors spokesman.
Evans had set up a try for Lome Fa'atau against Ospreys at Liberty Stadium before the Welsh side took control after the centre's departure.
Evans, whose younger brother Thom also plays for Glasgow and Scotland, won his first cap against Canada in November.
