Katherine Grainger shows a return to form at British team trials in Belgium
Scotland's triple Olympic silver medallist Katherine Grainger has been in impressive form in the British team trials in Hazewinkel, Belgium.
Grainger was more than five seconds ahead of her rivals in the 1,900-metre single sculls time trial and went on to win her semi-final.
And she then won her semi-final with ease, beating nearest rival Ro Bradury by two clear seconds.
However, she'll face tough competition in Monday's final from Beijing medallist Anna Bebington, who beat Annie Vernon in her semi-final by three tenths of a second.
It shows she is back in form after she took a break after the Beijing Olympics.
Grainger is now looking to make her mark on the World Cup series which begins next month.
