Pamela British call-up
Pamela Clark, recent winner of the gold medal at the British Under-15 Championships in Birmingham, faces a hectic few months.
The East Kilbride 12-year-old has already been selected to perform for Scotland at the Friendly Cup in the Czech Republic - and has now been called up to the British team for an international in Germany. Both take place next month.
In addition, Pamela has been nominated as one of the potential selections for the Youth Olympics in Sydney, Australia, at the start of next year.
"Pamela is a great talent, and she's now won every British age-group title - under-11, under-13 and under1-5," said her coach, Olivia Sorbie.
"It's going to be great experience for her to compete in Germany and then, hopefully, she will make the youth Olympics. She has a great future in the sport."
