Scots finish second at Home Internationals
Hazel Wright (18 years), Jo Shepherd (16 years) and Jamie Stevenson (16 years) won their classes and helped Scotland finish overall runners-up to England in the Ward Junior Home Internationals at Ainsdale Dunes in Lancashire.

Scotland won the Individual event in a very close competition, beating England by just 2 points but lost by 16 points in the relay section.

In addition to the three winners, there were also silver medals for Finlay Langan (16 years), Craig Thomson (14 years), while Alasdair McLeod (18 years) and Kirsty Coombs (16 years) managed third places.

It was England's greater strength in depth that allowed the home side to win the Relay competition, although Scotland boys team of Jamie Stevenson, Craig Thomson and Alasdair McLeod were 2nd in the men's relay, thanks to an exciting sprint finish by Alasdair.
