Well done to those who ran off some of the Christmas excesses by taking part in the Festive Frolic organised by East Lothian Orienteers at Vogrie Park, Gorebridge. 

Special congratulations to Mark McLeod, who is still a junior but managed to take the overall title.

Simon Gardner was the top senior in second place, while Heather Thomson headed a run of three women in finishing in eighth place.
