Scots into final

Scotland beat Canada 45-39 to book a clash with Northern Ireland in the final of the Six Nations touenament in Singapore on Saturday.

The two sides also meet in their last match of the round-robin event but, both nations having already qualified for the final, the result will not matter.

"On our last encounter with Northern Ireland Scotland won by six, so we are expecting a tough game," said Scotland coach Denise Holland.

"It is a matter of which team can play consistently well for 60 minutes and manages to do that twice."
