Scots claw back in final three games to finish 17th
Scotland finished their campaign in the World Youth Championships strongly by winning their final three matches.
After wins over Vanuatu 68-23 and Botswana 41-31, Scotland beat the USA 55-35 in thier final match.
It gave them 17th place overall and the final flourish made up for a disappointing start to the championships when they lost all of their opening group matches.
Northern Ireland, who beat Scotland in the opening group, finished in the top eight.
