Edinburgh Onyx defeat Bellahouston in Scottish Cup final
Edinburgh Onyx won the Scottish Cup after a tight final with Bellahouston at the Citadel in Ayr. In a match that was close throughout the capital side just edged it 57-55.
Edinburgh University easily defeated Edinburgh Royals for the Evelyn Beattie Quiach in the first in the day of finals. The disappointment of being knocked out of the Scottish Cup proper was tempered for the University by their 50-19 win.
In the Junior Finals there were wins for Perth at U13 and U15 level, over Paisley (24-17) and Peebles (41-34) respectively.
East Kilbride beat Harmony Row in the Under-19 Final 48-39.
