Wildcats coach pleased with improving form of players in Superleague
Glasgow Wildcats' coach Denise Holland is hopeful that better times lie ahead after watching her team lose 49-29 to Brunel Hurricanes in the UK Superleague.
It was the Wildcats' fourth successive loss but there were signs that they are starting to make progress.
Wildcats led 10-8 after the first quarter and 24-16 at the half.
"There was clear evidence of putting into practice what we have been working on all week," said Holland.
"Taking better care of the ball, creating good angles and defence and confusing (the opposition's) space.
"We pressured Brunel to many errors, containing them to fewer than 50 goals.’
