Monarchs take shape
Monarchs confirm roster for 2009 Speedway season
Edinburgh Monarchs have completed their line-up for the 2009 season by signing Polish rider Michal Rajkowski.
Rajkowski will fill a reserve berth after having previously raced in the UK wiht Newport (2007) and then both Belle Vue and Mildenhall last year.
Australian Aaron Summers has also been re-signed which means there is no place for former captain Derek Sneddon.
Full Monarchs' 2009 line-up (with averages): Ryan Fisher (7.40), Andrew Tully (6.80), Matthew Wethers (7.30), Tomas H Jonasson (7.32), Aaron Summers (5.00), Sean Stoddart (3.59), Michal Rajkowski (4.37).
