Edinburgh Monarchs seeking vengeance in Premier Trophy final
Edinburgh Monarchs, having lost their Premier League title to King's Lynn, host the Norfolk side on Friday in the first leg of the Premier Trophy final.
Monarchs are hoping for a decent lead at Armadale to take to King's Lynn next Wednesday for the second leg.
The Norfolk side have had a tremendous season but captain Tomas Topinka said “I wouldn’t say this has been our best season yet. We will wait and see what happens before the end of the season before we say it has been the best!”
Monarchs face Newcastle Diamonds in the league play-offs with dates still to be confirmed and are also in the Knockout Cup final.
