Edinburgh Monarchs steer themselves into Premier Trophy final
Edinburgh Monarchs saw off Scunthorpe Scorpions to reach the final of the Premier Trophy.
Leading by two points from the first leg, Monarchs comfortably came through their second leg at Armadale 52-43.
There was a scare after five heats, when Scorpions led 16-14 to level the match on aggregate but that was as close as they came to salvaging it.
The loss of Andrew Tully through injury after a bad fall gave Monarchs' fans another uncomfortable moment but the home side battled through to the final.
