Edinburgh Monarchs on track to progress in Knockout Cup
Edinburgh Monarchs are strong favourites to progress in the Knockout Cup after crushing Sheffield 59-31 in their home tie at Armadale.
Monarchs led from start to finish and are firm favourites to qualify after the second leg later this month.
American Ryan Fisher led the way with a 15-point maximum and Andrew Tully scored 13.
Monarchs had a good sweep of scorers but Thomas Jonasson suffered bike problems throughout and finished with only one point.
