Edinburgh Monarchs boosted their Premier League title hopes with a double win at the weekend.

The Armadale-based side saw off title rivals Somerset Rebels at home in a one-sided contest 66-24.

Andrew Tully scored 14 points, Matthew Wethers 12 and Ryan Fisher 11 in a one-sided contest.

Even more impressive was the follow-up 57-36 win at Stoke Potters 24 hours later.

With Berwick beating Somerset on the same night, Monarchs are now three points clear at the top of the table.
