Scots Take Bronze
Scotland's women took bronze at the European Championships in Lahti, Finland.

The Scots, who had narrowly lost to England in the semi-finals, secured third place with a 15-8 win over Ireland.

It gave the team some consolation after the men could finish only ninth in their competition.

Wales won the women's title with a 12-4 final win over England but the English triumphed in the men's final, beating the Netherlands 14-4.
