Sally Conway impresses at World Cup event in Bulgaria
Edinburgh's Sally Conway reached the repechage stage at the World Cup in Sofia.
Conway came through her opening group in the Under-70kg class and then beat Slovenia's Ana Velensek in the first round of the repechage.
But she then lost out in her next match to Japan's Haruka Tachimoto.
World bronze medallist Euan Burton lost in the first round of the men's World Cup in Tblisi.
He lost to Ukraine's Sergiy Balaban in his first bout in the Under-81kg class.
Edinburgh team-mate James Millar won his opening match but then lost to Soso Nijaradze (Georgia) in the Under-60kg event.
