Sarah Clark keen to make amends at World Cup in Birmingham
European silver medallist Sarah Clark is out to make up for her first round exit at the recent World Championships at this weekend's World Cup in Birmingham.
Clark, who competes in the Under-63kg event, is one of 16 Scots involved in an event that has attracted 265 players from 67 countries.
"I am looking forward to competing in front of a home crowd and home support," she said.
"After the disappointment of losing out in the first round at the World Championships, the GB World Cup will be an important event to get back on track and back into competition mode.
"I took a bronze medal at this event in 2006 so I'll be looking to better this and put in a good, strong and solid performance."
