Edinburgh Capitals have confirmed that the promising Jordan Steel will return for the 2008-09 season.
Steel was one of the youngsters brought into the Edinburgh Capitals last season to train with the senior team, gain some valuable experience and get a chance to play at the top level.
He went on to play in 41 games for the Edinburgh Capitals last season.
"I am happy to be signing for next season and hope to further my hockey development under the Capitals," Steel said.
"I learnt a lot last season working under Doug Christiansen. I recently had great news after being accepted to a Sports and Exercise Science degree at Heriot Watt University and am looking forward to a good season studying and playing."
