Capitals suffer double defeat

Edinburgh Capitals dent play-off hopes after consecutive defeats to Coventry Blaze
Edinburgh Capitals hopes of a play-off spot in the Elite League faded with a double defeat by Coventry Blaze.
Capitals lost 6-3 at home before heading south for the return - only to lose it 6-2.
At Murrayfield, goals from Sean Perkins (2) and Mark Hurtubise were not enough as Blaze cashed in when Brad Bodella was ejected for misconduct.
In Coventry, the Capital led twice through Martin Cingel and then Joe Dustin.
But this time Hurtubise was guilty of a misconduct offence and ejected from the game.
